What happened in this week's rite when I fell asleep called to mind a quote by Gary Snyder --

So is the cat your spirit/psyche or vice versa ?
no intentionality going on here on my part - I was asleep. I have suspicions that the cat, in his own way, was taking a star turn.
going along with what Gary Snyder is saying, I was thinking of the cat as a roaming spirit. Could show up licking his chops in YOUR "video dream" tonight!
but I also love the idea that I am within the cat's psyche. So does that mean I may show up in your cat's dream tonight, saying hello?
